Why doesn't my FREE SHIPPING show during checkout?

Quick Answer - "Select Canada Post - Expedited" (ignore the price). Your Free Shipping will be displayed in step "05. Payment". 

Badlands Free Shipping offer applies automatically and does not require a Voucher Code for all paintball orders over $150 before tax. Simply select "Canada Post - Expedited" as your shipping method in step "04. Shipping" (ignore the price that is displayed). The "Free Shipping" offer will be displayed in "05. Payment" page during checkout. 

*Please note that Badlands does not offer our standard free shipping during our Mega-Sales. 

Can I ship to a different address than my billing?

Quick Answer: Badlands will only ship to the billing address. 

For your security against fraud, your order must be shipped to the billing address as it appears on your bank statement. As per our our terms and conditions we are unable to ship to an alternate address from the billing information that your credit card company has on file. Ways to solve the issue is using an alternate method of payment or processing your order with another form of payment. 

What does my order status mean?

NEW - Your order has been received by our website. If the order was placed before 3pm EST Monday-Friday it will ship the same day. Orders placed outside of this time frame will ship on the next business day.

PROCESSING - Your order is now being picked by our warehouse staff.

SHIPPED - The order has now been shipped. Your tracking number will be available on your account and will be active at 5pm EST.

CANCELED - Your order has been removed from our system. Please allow for 24-48 hours for the refund to be processed excluding weekends.

REFUNDED - Your refund has been processed and the funds should now be available in your account. Please allow for up to 7 business days for this to be reflected on your bank statement.

HOLD - There is an issue with your order. Please check your email and contact us at your nearest convenience. All orders that have been on hold for more than 7 business days are subject to possible cancellation.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCT - The item that you have ordered is not yet available from the manufacturer. Your order will ship in full once all items are in stock.

Why don't my tracking numbers for Canada Post work?

Quick Answer: Canada Post has not picked up your package from us yet. 

Tracking numbers for Canada Post are created as soon as your order packaged by our team and it is ready to ship. However, your tracking number will not become active until 5pm EST after the package has been picked up and scanned by Canada Post. After it has left the Badlands warehouse, you will be able to track your shipments movement. 

I am having issues with a Voucher Code / Gift Card Code.

All Voucher Codes and Gift Cards must be entered in the "Apply Coupon" section in Step 01. Summary during checkout. Please note that gift cards purchased at any of our Badlands locations cannot be used online and must be redeemed in store. If you continue to experience issues with your code please email us with both the code and a screenshot of the error message that you are receiving. A representative will contact you on the next business day to assist you.

If I bought an item on can I return the item to a Badlands Store Location?

Quick Answer: At this time you can not return an item to our store locations. and our store locations follow different return procedures. All items purchased online must be approved and arranged through our Corporate Head Office. Please send your order number (WINV#) and a detailed email regarding the reason for the return/exchange to Once your return has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Is the online inventory the same as all of Badlands store locations?

Quick Answer: Our online store inventory only displays for our warehouse shipping location. 

Our website does not reflect inventory levels at each of our stores. When an item is out of stock or in-stock online, it could still be available / unavailable at one of our locations, please contact your local Badlands store to confirm stock:
