Symptom

Solution

Gas Leaks from where CO2 tank attaches to the marker

Damaged CO2 tank O-Ring

Replace O-Ring

Gas Leaks from Inside Barrel

Damaged Valve Stem Assembly

Replace Valve Stem Assembly

Marker Will Not Fire

1.)Marker Wasn't Cocked
2.)Lack of Gas Pressure
3.)C02 tank is not screwed into the marker completely

1.)Cock Marker before Firing
2.)Refill Cylinder or Change CO2 Cylinder
3.)Screw Co2 tank into Constant Air Adapter

Marker Fails to Recock

1.)Sear Catch Misaligned
2.)Lack of Gas Pressure
3.)Striker oring needs lube or replacement

1.)Replace Sear Catch
2.)Refill Cylinder or Change CO2 Cylinder
3.)Lubricate striker oring or replace with new.

Bolt Sticks

Shell Fragment Stuck Between Bolt and Receiver

Remove Bolt, Clean and Lubricate

Paintballs are breaking in the marker or barrel

1.)Excessive Paint Buildup in Barrel
2.)Defective Paintballs
3.)Loader not feeding fast enough
4.)Velocity too high
5.)Temperature is too cold

1.)Squeegee Paint Out of Barrel
2.)Replace Paintballs
3.)Purchase a motorized loader
4.)Lower your velocity. Have your marker chronographed to make sure it is shooting a safe velocity (under 300 fps)
5.)Paintballs will break more easily in the cold. Keep them warm until ready to play
