The Tech Zone at Badlands - Smart Parts

Badlands is the top Smart Parts dealer in Canada and handle just about any repair. If you bought your Smart Parts marker elsewhere you can send it to Badlands for service. You pay shipping both ways and charges may apply for non-warranty repairs.

1. For warranty repair your marker must be accompanied by a copy of your Badlands purchase receipt.
2. Smart Parts markers come with a one year warranty. Currently we do warranty service on markers purchased from Badlands. For all others, charges will apply.
3. You must insure your package with the carrier when you ship it to us. We will also insure it for its replacement value when we ship it back. We recommend you send it with a carrier that issues a tracking number.
4. Make sure to include your name, address, phone number, email address and an explanation of the problems you are having or the service you would like performed.
5. We'll service your marker and send it back to you. The cost of service and return shipping must be paid by credit card, or by Canada Post Money order.

If your Smart Parts marker is out of warranty - no problem! We can still service it and get it running at its best. Simply ship to one of our store locations by Canada Post making sure to insure it for its replacement value. Make sure to include your name, address, phone number, email address and an explanation of the problems you are having or the service you would like performed. We'll service your marker and send it back Canada Post. The cost of service and return shipping must be paid by credit card, or by Canada Post Money order.
