Badlands' techs can fix your DYE marker and get it running at its best. Simply ship your marker to our Toronto store You are responsible for shipping both ways. For warranty service:

1. Your DYE marker must be accompanied by a copy of your Badlands purchase receipt.
2. Your DYE marker has a 6 month warrany from date of purchase.
3. Wiring harnesses will only be warrantied against manufacturing defects.
4. The use any lubricant except DYE slick lube voids the warranty.
5. The warranty covers manufacturer defects. Damage caused by improper re-assembly or abuse is not a warranty issue and will not be covered under warranty.
6. You must insure your package with the carrier when you ship it to us. We will also insure it for its replacement value when we ship it back. We recommend you send it with a carrier that issues a tracking number.
7. Ship it to us at our Toronto location (Etobicoke). The address is located below.
8. Make sure to include your name, address, phone number, email address and an explanation of the problems you are having or the service you would like performed.
9. We'll service your DYE marker and send it back Canada Post COD unless other arrangements are made

If your DYE marker is out of warranty - no problem! We can still service it and get it running at its best. Simply ship to our Toronto store by Canada Post making sure to insure it for its replacement value. Make sure to include your name, address, phone number, email address and an explanation of the problems you are having or the service you would like performed. We'll service your marker and send it back Canada Post COD unless other arrangements are made.
