Wholesale Sales Representative

Due to the rapid growth of Badlands Paintball we currently have an opening for a full-time permanent Bilingual Wholesale Sales Representative at our Toronto, Ontario offices.

Job Description:

Wholesale Sales Representatives are responsible for the servicing of current wholesale accounts with a focus on effective communication and follow-through in a relationship management paradigm. Additionally Wholesale Sales Representatives are charged with the responsibility of continually building the customer base through outbound calls and referrals, developing wholesale prospects into new customers for Badlands Paintball.

Wholesale Sales Representatives at Badlands Paintball are expected to be critical thinkers, able to address customer issues and challenges as they arise. Able to meet and exceed customer service and sales targets, Sales Representatives are expected to maintain and build relationships through general administration of customer accounts.

This position requires a proven ability to understand and meet client needs, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, team player mentality and appetite for challenge and a passion for success. Two years of sales experience is required as is the ability to learn and effectively and efficiently use computer programs. A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is requisite for this position.

Duties:

· Develop new accounts

· Identify and prospect opportunities

· Maximize ‘Share Of Wallet’ (SOW) and profits within an existing account base

· Follow-up on marketing campaigns

· Arrange and conduct major business review for all key accounts

· Implement value-added services and solutions

· Sales plan management

· Maintain complete customer profiles, utilizing contact management software. Update on a regular basis and use to identify and pursue opportunities.

· Constantly upgrade and maintain product knowledge, keeping up-to-date with an ever-changing market

· Maintain and promote a positive attitude, morale and productivity among peers, support staff and other teams. Maintain and project a mature, supportive and professional attitude in discussions/meetings with customers as well as with other associates

· Various administrative duties are required

This position reports to the Senior Sales and Marketing Manager as applicable.

NOTE: Fully bilingual in English and French – fluent written and spoken – is considered a strong asset.
