Badlands Lifetime Labor Warranty

The following restrictions apply to the Lifetime Labor Warranty offered on all markers included in this program.

1. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the marker. The original receipt of purchase is your proof of warranty and must be retained and made available upon request.
   
   
2. Labor warranty is non-transferable.
   
   
3. Warranty extends the manufacturer’s original warranty with respect to labor only. Warranty has absolutely no influence on parts, current or previous parts warranties, or charges for parts that may be necessary for repair.
   
   
4. Markers with aftermarket parts that affect the operation of the marker including, but not limited to, bolts, hammers, boards, etc. will not be covered with this program.
   
   
5. Warranty does not cover labor necessary to repair damage done to the marker by the consumer or any party outside of Badlands or the manufacturer directly.
   
   
6. Warranty does not cover labor necessary to repair marker serviced by any party outside of Badlands or the manufacturer directly.
   
   
7. Warranty does not cover tune-ups or labor required to install after-market parts.
   
   
8. Warranty only applies to markers purchased at retail pricing. Markers purchased at wholesale pricing are excluded from this program.
   
   
9. Shipping and all related costs (brokerage, duty, etc) incurred both to and from Badlands and/or the manufacturer if necessary remain the complete responsibility of the customer.
