Shocker Tech Class 2004
Another fun-filled trip to Smart Parts and another Canadian first. Sean and Trevor from Badlands have received their Official Shocker Certification after successfully completing the first 03 Shocker Tech Class. Smart Parts has done it again with an outstanding technical class taught by Tony, their Tech Manager.

Any of you that have travelled to the PSP events know Tony. You'll often see him teching in the big black Smart Parts trailer, getting everyone's Shocker and Impulse humming. This guy is packed full of knowledge and expertise about the Shocker, as well as the Impulse and Max-Flo. Every chance we get, we do our best to pack him full of beer, tequila, wiskey, and anything else we can pour down his throat. Lately, though, he always seems to have an excuse to duck out before the serious drinking starts. To his credit, though, he at least makes an appearance before running scared, unlike some other Smart Parts employees who will remain unmentioned, cough, cough, Kevin, cough.
One nice thing about a visit to Smart Parts is the chance to see some of our old friends.

Sean made the trip from Badlands Calgary to learn the ins and outs of the 03 Shocker.

Thursday night, the Smart Parts crew took all the class members out for a wonderful dinner. Left: Brittany, the ever lovely Nerve girl, came to dinner with us.
Expect the new Max Flo at Badlands very soon. We received our certification on these bad boys as well. You will not believe how compact these regs are when you see them.
We would like to thank all our friends at Smart Parts for the great time we had this week. We always have tons of fun when we get together. Expect to see some really cool stuff from Smart Parts in the weeks to come.
