Huntington Beach 2003

Huntington Beach California - Sun, Sand, Surf and Paintball. The venue for the first NPPL Super 7 event was unbelievable! No more dodging cow droppings in some farmer's field, this event took place right on the beach in Surf City, USA.

There is something almost magical about the beach, especially to a Canadian flying down from the worst winter weather we've had in years to the warm California coast. Sure temperatures dropped at night so you had to wear a sweater, but that is easy to handle if you can walk barefoot in the sand in a t-shirt during the day, tech Angels for the pro teams, watch Avalanche destroy Dynasty on the JT field, drink beer in the VIP tent, and hang out with beautiful women all day! Man oh man, paintball is hard, hard work.

At the same time the Super7 was happening in Huntington Beach, there was a Paintball Expo in Pomona, California. There Smart Parts was set up in one of their highway rigs showing their wares. Brandy the Freak girl and the Impulse twins were also there, but you can see them at Skyball when you come by our booth!
